Shipping policy

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our team has received your order. We get to work right away! Your items will usually be picked, packed and ready to ship within 1-2 business days.

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order sets off on its adventure! It'll have a tracking number so you can follow along.

  • Standard Shipping: Your cuddle companion should arrive within 2-8 business days.
  • Need it faster? Express Shipping: Get your snuggles in a flash with expected delivery in 1-4 business days.
  • Please note, while we'd love to control delivery speed ourselves, that's up to Australia Post. For more precise estimates based on your location, check out their website: https://auspost.com.au/business/shipping/delivery-speeds-and-coverage

We want your delivery to be smooth! While we usually require a signature, Australia Post drivers might decide to leave your package in a safe spot or take it to the post office if you're out – this is due to current COVID-19 practices.

Important: If you choose the "Authority to Leave" option, we can't be responsible if the package goes missing (but that's super rare!).

Shipping fees
Below are our shipping fees:

  • FREE standard delivery within Australia on all orders - yay!
  • Express shipping: $20 or $10 (scarf purchase only)

International shipping
We're not shipping internationally just yet, but we're working hard to make it happen!

Changes with shipping address
Need to update your shipping address? No problem! Here's how we can help:

  • Order not shipped yet? Just send us the new address, and we'll make the change.
  • Order already on its way? Don't worry! Use the Australia Post tracking link (found in your shipping confirmation email) to redirect your package.

Friendly reminder: Always double-check your address before placing an order. Unfortunately, we can't get packages back if they're sent to the wrong place.

Order cancellation
We totally get it! Sometimes plans change. Unfortunately, our system can't change or cancel orders after they're placed. We're working on making updates for the future, but for now, your best option is to process a return or exchange once you receive the item.
